Testimonies from users
Charity Kayembe - There is nothing like these videos available anywhere. To see your personal meditation process in real time? Priceless.
Kenneth Day - The way you are doing the new series is excellent. I journal and meditate the same way. However, I normally do not look at various translations. I had not thought of that before. I will try that. Also, as a Bible teacher, I have found that many in the church are biblically illiterate. Going verse by verse and journaling through a Bible book is what is needed.

Emily Ladley - I am glad that you showed the basics of how to use e-Sword. I loaded e-Sword and downloaded the Bible versions you were using. I liked your explanation about what we can expect from each translation you are using. It’s good to know.
What I remembered most was your journaling and stories. You made the Word simple enough that even a 10-year-old can understand it. It is the very opposite of religion. I love it! Hearing you read your journaling is my favorite part of your videos. This distinguishes them from any other Bible teaching video out there. When you share your stories and your journals, suddenly the audience is brought so close to you, who is looking at Jesus. And it gives us hope. It makes us feel that Jesus is right there in His grace.
When I watched the videos for a 2nd time, I noticed that I was watching them through my emotion. I realized that each time you smile and chuckle, I was doing the same thing with you. When you smile so gently, it breaks the wall of fear from religion, allowing me to relax regardless of my depth of comprehension. Bible teachers with frowning faces make our hearts close and alarmed.
Dr. Mark, your easy-to-laugh state is exactly how I feel that I am treated by the Holy Spirit, and makes my heart ready to hear. Oh, when you laugh with the Holy Spirit, the presence of God fills the whole place!
I wish this kind of Bible devotion video session had been available before. As we homeschooled for the last 20 years, I noticed that our children love to learn through DVDs. This Living Word Series that you are developing can be used for teens and pre-teens, also.
