"I work with children ranging in age from 2 1/2-4 1/2 years old. I personally enjoy John's music and use it constantly for my relaxation time. A couple of years ago I had a very high energy group of children and played John's music (Serenity CD) during nap time and noticed a calm flow through the classroom. I soon noticed all of the children were napping when it was often a chore to get even half of the children to nap.
